Well, I would think that that kind of commitment, as far as it can go, would make a big difference because, if I am going to come up with a new regime, I would like to know that is the regime and I am not going to have to be confronted with something next year or the year after in terms of what I am doing so that I can make my investments without worrying about, you know, making another 1, 2, or 3 years in the future.
