I also share the Senator's enthusiasm about the ethanol guarantee in the Energy bill. There are many other provisions in that bill many of us are concerned about. I think it represents the first real energy policy this country has had. Again, hopefully, we can work it out so that can get done along with the other provisions. He is right; that bill has some real job-creation aspects to it, particularly in the area of ethanol. We have several companies now that are thinking about building ethanol plants in Ohio, and I think one of the things the American public doesn't understand is it is going to provide less reliance on foreign oil and, in addition, it will limit some of the environmental problems we have from gasoline, with some other very good and important aspects to all of our brothers and sisters.
