The American people know that the border is not secure. It is a full-blown crisis that this administration has sought to downplay for years.

Who better than your local representative working in concert with your State and local officials to discern where this money could best be spent?

I just don't think that there's anything to be gained from continuing down this motion to vacate. I think this political theater is lazy and it's not governing.
