there is nowhere you see more bipartisan agreement and less getting done than infrastructure in the 7 years I have been here.

I would like to see more of that sharing because I think the most important thing we can do is continue to work as a team.

But our major concern is not that we won't fund EPA, but that EPA will get to do the work that it is intended to do.
