Obviously, our goal was to provide care for those in need for our veterans, and one of the things that I have seen that assures our veteran patients as much as anything else is having a primary care doctor they call their own.

I think that means that when we're taking--when an agency is taking the final approval, we ought to take that final approval away from the agencies like NIAID that fund it.
