What we are finding is, many veterans come out of the military with either very inflated expectations about the type of job and position they are going to have or a lot of hesitancy because they do not know how in the world they are going to translate the things they have been asked to do for the last 4 or 5, 10 years into something that is going to be meaningful to an employer.

I think that is huge because early on they are getting a vision of opportunity in their lives, and it is a great motivator.
It appears there is to be no soul-searching from you, Governor--I'm sorry--no self-critique of what could have been done better and improved upon.
