It is absolutely important that we have rural broadband access. It is not only to help our citizens but our students. We have to make sure that our businesses and our farmers all have the access they need to survive in this world that we live in today. Mr. Speaker, I highly urge our Members of this House to support this bill, and I yield back the balance of my time.
