The text of the amendment is as follows: After section 5, insert the following new section (and redesignate the subsequent section accordingly): SEC. 6. CONSIDERATION OF FEASIBILITY AND COST IN ESTABLISHING NATIONAL AMBIENT AIR QUALITY STANDARDS. In establishing any national primary or secondary ambient air quality standard under section 109 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7409), the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall take into consideration feasibility and cost. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 406, the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Latta) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Ohio.
