I have an amendment at the desk, No. 2. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end the following: SEC. 4. REPORT. Not later than 3 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Federal Communications Commission shall submit to the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate a report that lists the 27 provisions of title II of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 201 et seq.) and the over 700 rules and regulations referred to in paragraphs 5 and 37 of the Report and Order on Remand, Declaratory Ruling, and Order described in section 2(b)(1). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 294, the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Latta) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Ohio.
