Well, thank you, Mr. Chairman. First I want to say how excited I am to have been selected to serve on the Health Subcommittee. Healthcare is such an important issue in my rural Appalachian district, everything from cost to quality to availability, and I look forward to working on these important issues under your leadership, with all of our colleagues.
