It doesn't work. These are not glitches. It is broken and it can't be fixed. The President needs to own up to this. He needs to reimburse the American people for the over-$400 million that has been spent; he needs to hold those in his administration accountable who misled him and the American people; and he needs to give the American people a break on this individual mandate until the Web site does work. ___________________
