It is my hope that this committee can advance this common-sense legislation in the coming weeks.

When I look at the housing market today and really for the last several years, I think what we see is a clear supply and demand imbalance which is jacking up prices.

I think it is frankly a call to those who are diverse in positions of leadership to really take it upon themselves to exert even more leadership and pull more people along.

I think there should be options. I think the goal should be to provide as many options as possible.
