You also said that you are in favor of a world where we have coexisting alongside of each other, CBDCs and stablecoins.

I tend to feel like if you were to poll-test most Americans and say, hey, how do you feel about your pension assets being invested in companies that are designed to destroy your country, they would probably say, no thank you, to that.

My contention is that private stablecoins, provided those coins are dollar-denominated and reserves are denominated in U.S. dollars, allow for sanctions to continue.
