When I look at the housing market today and really for the last several years, I think what we see is a clear supply and demand imbalance which is jacking up prices.

I would argue that relative greed amongst corporations is pretty stable over time. It is sort of silly as an explanation for inflation.

Quality of reserves, liquidity, transparency, redemption rights, these are the sorts of things we should be talking about when we are talking about well-regulated stablecoins.
