I think it is a horrible rule. I would love to see bipartisan support around coming up with something more sensible.

It cannot be underscored enough how important chips are in day-to-day American life.

I think the accredited investor rule, in particular, just by definition, shuts out so many Americans.

It's not just Ph.D.'s, 4-year college. Let's get community colleges, let's get the skilled trades involved.
