I want to take a brief moment to thank Chairwoman Johnson for her leadership and commitment to our Committee over these many years.

Ohio is ready, willing, and able to support semiconductor manufacturing right now. So we are open for business.

I'm cautiously optimistic--I'm very optimistic that whoever takes over in the coming years will carry on the tradition.

And my belief is that this Committee is so effective because we have such effective leadership.
