Zohran Mamdani: “There is a reason why law enforcement agents are supposed to wear identifiable information and uniforms.”

The reason that I made the decision to have Jessica Tisch as the police commissioner was because of her record of uprooting corruption from the upper echelons of the NYPD while lowering crime across our city.

As Mayor, I will disband the SRG, which has cost taxpayers millions in lawsuit settlements + brutalized countless New Yorkers exercising their First Amendment rights.

While we cannot feel the silence they left behind, we will refuse to let their memory fade.

So, I think, you know, it is hard for anyone to keep up with all of the bigotry and racism that Bruce Blakeman exhibits on a regular basis.
