It has been incredibly troubling to see the rise of a movement that is predicated on an exclusionary vision of any country, frankly, and so it is one that I find myself in deep opposition to.

If there are any departures from what is legally required, my administration will look into it immediately and take corrective action.

The conversations I've been having with the governor and with my team are about the here and now and there will always be time for the conversations that come after that.

Children need their teachers and human connection in order to learn and in order to grow. And they need to develop skills alongside their peers, build relationships with their teachers, and wrestle with tough problems on their own.
