The goal of that outreach is to ensure that we're building trust that we're actually able to connect those New Yorkers with services and that we can connect them with any other things that they need, whether it be medical care or whether it be housing support.

I don’t support the rally, but I don’t know if the city has any jurisdiction on canceling a private event.
Doing so would provide immediate protection while allowing families, employers and communities the certainty they need.
I’m confident in both the legality of this – that it will stand up in court – and the importance of delivering it.
