As our Nation battles with interrelated crises around COVID-19, the economy, racial injustice, and climate change, I believe we have a unique opportunity to meet the magnitude of this moment with bold legislation that will finally lay the groundwork for a 21st century America that prioritizes workers, safeguards our climate, and addresses the deep racial and economic injustices that have persisted in our Nation for far too long.
