I believe that we as a Nation, particularly a Nation of immigrants, have an obligation to bring our immigration system into the 21st Century so that we can live up to the creed of our Nation.

The typical reason is the same as for most migrants, for work or a better life.

Americans deserve to know that when they are harmed by fraud, scams, or deceptive business practices, there is a path to justice.

Our victory—while monumental—does not change the truth that this war never should have began, and never would have began, had the president not disgraced America and our laws to ensure that it did.
