I am wondering, are you working with DOD at all to see how biomass can be utilized to take military installations off the grid and enhance national security in that way?

H.R. 1460, offered by Mr. Owens of New York, instructs the Department of Defense, in conjunction with the VA, to automatically enroll veterans returning from combat zones into the VA medical system.

I remain particularly concerned for servicemembers afflicted with Traumatic Brain Injury or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, who face unique pressures in transitioning from service.

It affects everything. It affects real property taxes, it affects the farm dealers. It has real impact on all of our lives on a daily basis.
