I care about those people. Those are millions of people that are going to wake up, and the best we are doing right now in Washington, D.C. is to say we are not even putting it in our budget, we are not even going to address it as a crisis…

If we are going to be sincere about fixing this problem, I think we need to change the rhetoric of this Subcommittee.
