I am very concerned about the looming possibility of something that none of us ever thought would be this real a possibility, and that is the sequestration that exists in current law that will go into effect on January 2nd if we do not find ways to reduce the deficit by $1.2 trillion.

So I guess my fundamental question, Mr. Poltak, is if the EPA is willing to do it for the communities that I have cited, and I am sure there are others, why is it that there is not the capacity to do it for other communities?
