Is it not reasonable to assume that this backlog of projects that we have now that is some $60 billion--is it not reasonable to assume that backlog is only going to grow if we are cutting available funding by 18.5 percent?

I hope that we can somehow collectively get to the point where we hold student athletes to the same--or hold coaches to the same standards we hold student athletes.
So I guess my fundamental question, Mr. Poltak, is if the EPA is willing to do it for the communities that I have cited, and I am sure there are others, why is it that there is not the capacity to do it for other communities?
However, I am troubled by the tone taken by this Congress in carrying out its oversight activities of the current administration.
