The result is a President who emerges with far greater power than ever before. It is a power, however, that neither the People, nor Congress, nor the Constitution bestowed upon him.

Congress created the Department, and only Congress can abolish it.

You want to say tariffs are not taxes, but that’s exactly what they are. They are generating money from American citizens.
