I truly appreciate the gentleman's efforts to provide protection to consumers and provide the best possible options for homeowners for energy efficiency certification. The concern that I have... is about whether or not we mandate or limit options for consumers. I would be very pleased to work with the gentleman from New Jersey as the process moves forward to try and address some of the concerns raised. Again, I think there is a cost option and there is a choice option. I think the gentleman's intention is not to undermine either of those. He does not want to have a more expensive certification process, does not want to eliminate important options for consumers. I think if we work together, we may be able to try and find ways to try and adjust that.
