I think that the gentleman's idea and obviously his passion are right on the mark, and I will do whatever I can to work in conference, if this bill is adopted, and I am hopeful it will, with the VA's strong support, that we will be able to begin to make some headway and create some type of demonstration project so that we can establish that this works just the way the gentleman says it will. I will also commit to the gentleman that if for any reason that does not bear fruit, and I am hopeful that it will and I will fight for it, that we will hold hearings, my committee will hold hearings and I hope the gentleman will testify before that hearing.
