If the gentleman will yield, certainly whenever the gentleman asks for me to try and enter into a discussion to try and see if we cannot find common ground, I would be happy to accommodate that. Let me also add that in order that we deal in reality, that I think from this side we would probably not be interested in anything that did not deal with the issue of bureaucracy, of having the sort of bureaucratic step here. So if there is some way of resolving or addressing the concerns, we can have a discussion about that and perhaps we can resolve it.
