I respect the work done by my colleague from Illinois, but respectfully disagree with his assessment. There's ample evidence that States have poorly regulated, in some cases, this waste stream, and it puts at risk innocent bystanders who are impacted by their actions. And so I stand by the worthiness of this amendment, and again, encourage my colleagues to support it. With that, I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR.
