I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: In chapter 2 of subtitle A of title IV, add at the end the following new section: SEC. 4128. WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE AND STATE ENERGY PROGRAMS. (a) Reauthorization of Weatherization Assistance Program.-- Section 422 of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.S.C. 6872) is amended by striking ``appropriated--'' and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting ``appropriated $450,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2020.''. (b) Reauthorization of State Energy Programs.--Section 365(f) of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6325(f)) is amended by striking ``$125,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2007 through 2012'' and inserting ``$75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2020''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 542, the gentleman from New York (Mr. Tonko) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New York.
