And I would suggest to you also that we need to accompany that sort of analytical thinking and that sort of dividend associated with the spending that would be done on a tax cut so that we maximize the benefit for the economy. But we also have to think of the stewardship, the sound management that was part and parcel to the Clinton years when we contrast that with the management post-Clinton or pre-Clinton. It is absolutely essential to incorporate concepts like PAYGO so that you pay as you go. You are forced then to come up with the ideas that will produce the revenues in order to initiate the new spending.
