The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of section 2, add the following: (c) Public Availability.--Not later than 60 days after making a determination under subsection (b), the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall make the results of such determination publicly available on the website of the Environmental Protection Agency.
