When it comes to smart, incorporating this work with the appropriate agencies--the EPA and the DEC in my home State of New York--there is a situation very close to my district in Hoosick Falls that is going through a similar contaminated water situation critical to their quality of life and their public health. We need to advance that partnership, that soundness of checks and balances, that will make certain that every bit of the way it is based on responsibility and professionalism and good faith efforts.
