I was absent from votes today due to circumstances beyond my control. The roll call votes I missed included the MTR on H.R. 3724, passage of H.R. 3724, the MTR on H.R. 4790, and passage of H.R. 4790. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on Roll Call No. 432, ``nay'' on Roll Call No. 433, ``yea'' on Roll Call No. 434, and ``nay'' on Roll Call No. 435. ____________________
