I commend Mr. Phillips and Mr. Meuser for their bipartisan work on H.R. 1651, the Small Business 7(a) Loan Agent Transparency Act.

We must abolish ICE.

I am really pleased to support this legislation to enhance the Office of Rural Affairs. And I commend Mr. Goldman for his commitment and dedication to making this office operate more effectively for rural small businesses.

I urge my colleagues not to engage in knee-jerk reactions that set back our real progress toward creating a more equitable criminal justice system.
