The effect of inflation on small businesses is no secret. It can dig into margins and contribute to tighter monetary conditions, limiting access to capital and the ability to grow and expand.

I am really pleased to support this legislation to enhance the Office of Rural Affairs. And I commend Mr. Goldman for his commitment and dedication to making this office operate more effectively for rural small businesses.

We need to bring a national standard to ICE agents, and we need to bring transparency and accountability.
