And I am sorry for the people of Puerto Rico that in an issue that is so important and that is not only the public debt restructuring but everything that is happening regarding the rebuilding of Puerto Rico, the earthquakes, the hurricanes, and the public policies enacted by the U.S. Congress, Congress gives something to Puerto Rico and then takes it away.
