I am concerned with the growing trend of booster collectives steering the largest deal to the top athletes in football and men's basketball.

I commend Mr. Phillips and Mr. Meuser for their bipartisan work on H.R. 1651, the Small Business 7(a) Loan Agent Transparency Act.

America's 33 million small businesses are the cornerstones of our local economies.

It is a disservice to our nation's small firms to oversimplify this issue, as a mere consequence of federal spending.
