The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill, add the following: (d) Applicability.--The prohibition in subsection (a) does not apply to housing that the Secretary of the Interior certifies meets the following criteria: (1) The proposed housing is for specified aliens who were transported to the State of the proposed housing (the ``Destination State'') from another State (the ``Originating State'').
