Nydia M. Velazquez: “I thank the sponsors of the bill, and I yield back the balance of my time.”

It is quite rich to come to the House floor and talk about rule of law. At least on this side of the aisle, we don't have anyone who pardoned 1,500 felons.

I applaud Representatives Chu, Finstad, and McIver for their bipartisan work on this bill. I encourage all my colleagues to vote ``yes,'' and I yield back the balance of my time.

I appreciate the work of my colleagues on this bill, and I urge its adoption. I yield back the balance of my time.

I gladly rise in support of this legislation, and I yield back the balance of my time.
