For me, it has been a great privilege to work with Jim Kolbe. And since this is probably the 10th retirement speech that we have given for Jim Kolbe, I just want to add that he is probably a person that all of us would agree has the most integrity, wisdom, and compassion, and for me it is a real, real privilege.
