Nita Lowey: “I know that President Abbas is due at the White House on March 17.”

I am delighted to yield 1 minute to the gentlemen from Illinois (Mr. Garcia).

I am pleased to yield 1 minute to the gentlewoman from Washington (Ms. Schrier).

I am delighted to yield 5 minutes to the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Waters), the chair of the Committee on Financial Services.

I urge this Subcommittee to continue its longstanding support for critical people-to-people and peacebuilding programming.
