But I want to reiterate again a comment that my good friend Mr. Moran made: If we are going to put a cocoon around our country and operate in isolation, we will be less successful in dealing with the extraordinary challenges that we are facing today. And I would like to say to my good friend Mr. Kingston, I'm not quite sure that we would be more successful in dealing with slaughters and genocide without the U.N. We are working very hard with our colleagues and our friends around the world to try and find solutions.
