I wanted to extend my congratulations to the gentlewoman for her strong support of the people of Ukraine. I just want to assure the gentlewoman that I support maintaining a robust assistance program in Ukraine. Our aid helps build democracy, strengthens local government, encourages a free press and builds a stable and prosperous society. The current situation in Ukraine dictates that we maintain support for those in Ukrainian society who seek democracy, freedom and stability. Again, I want to thank her for her important work.
