This administration has taken it too far, with a heartless obsession with immigration enforcement.
You estimate the project will require totals of $40 million in Federal funds, $20 million in private fundraising overall...
With all due respect, the administration chose to make these cuts. This wasn't a tough choice; it was the wrong choice.
We need to increase the capacity.
