Before I yield to Mr. Soto, I would just like to say to the distinguished minority leader, I know what it is to see people suffer in my district. I know what it is to see people die in my district. There was too much time spent recommending Lysol and Clorox and other remedies for people who are really, really ill. So today, I am very pleased that we are working together with the leader of our party to address the pain, the suffering, and the illness that is happening in our communities. Mr. Speaker, I am pleased to yield 30 seconds to the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Soto).
