I have sat down with the administration. We do need to have the funds, whether in this bill or via supplemental. I pledge to work with the gentleman. I appreciate the collaborative efforts here to solve a problem, and it is in that spirit I come to the well looking forward to the amendment process and ultimately getting the money to the people who need it most.
