We are going to keep the program intact, but the idea is we are going to move toward a better Medicare that offers policy choices like the medical savings account, like managed care through HMO's, and again, as the gentleman from Michigan mentioned so eloquently, if a senior has this program, Medicare as it exists today, and wants to keep that program, that that senior need do nothing. It will remain the same for that senior.
