It is just interesting, because in other States, I could be corrected by my friend from California, that is very interesting. Legal services wanted to step in for illegal immigrants. Illegal aliens here in this country without a passport, without due process to come into the country and remain, sued for the right of a driver's license. And yet in other States, I believe California has been courageous in this regard, because so many States have processed motor voter where all one needs to register to vote is to apply for a driver's license.
